Joshua Tree National Park

Joshua trees at sunset at Joshua Tree National Park

Joshua Tree National Park is particularly striking in Spring when many of the succulents are in bloom and the weather is cool. Unless you are a music concert fan, I would stay well away from the park and surrounding area in mid April during the Coachella Music and Arts Festival.
