Snow gees in the air and on the water at DeSoto NWR

A blizzard of snow geese took up temporary residence at  DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge early last March as the ice melted away on the lake.  Thousands of human visitors, as well descended on the refuge to see the spectacle.
